Unit division service is requested in the following cases:

- Clearance and Financing: When an owner wants to sell their unit or mortgage it to obtain real estate financing, this requires an independent title deed.
- Facilitating Complex Management: To determine each owner's share in common fees and attached parts (such as parking and public facilities).
