Delta Consulting Engineers office in this palace (a private villa in the city of Riyadh) dealt with the mass to achieve a sense of unity and balance and included a geometric visual solution that can be understood from all angles with the same ability and strength.. The basement includes parking lots and some services. Through these elements, the architect employed utilitarian spaces to create the desired visual effect. Especially the corner of the residence that brings together the two entrances to the building, where the gradual cubist formation appears in the balconies to confirm the cubist sculpture to move the functions to create a kind of change.
